Chocolate Drop Line

MKCD-100

  • Drop chocolate line consists of depositor and cooling tunnel 18 meters. The surfaces of the machine which contacting the food is manufactured of Cr-Ni stainless steel and its 95 cm wide moving band is specially produced for the drop.

 

  • Because of the PLC and touch screen control panel on the machine, product weight of the both depositors can also be adjusted independently of each other on the screen.

 

  • Desired adjustment of height can be made for moulding purpose of the product.
     
  • The depositors have specification to produce 1728 pcs chocolate drops in each shot, 15 shots per minute. Optionally the products to be produced can be adjusted between 0,08 gram and 0,5 gram.
